How it works
For any watch services, you can bring it into our Stamford store or post it to us.
We are able to do most services on site, or we may send it to a specific brand. Once we have your watch, we can give you an estimate on price and timescale and keep you updated along the way with how the repair is going. Watch batteries and strap alterations can be done whilst you wait. Repairs can take up to 5 weeks depending on the amount and complexity of the work required.
