WARRANTY
Your original receipt, gift receipt or order confirmation is your warranty.
Rubirox will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge within the warranty period from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is not extended by a repair or replacement.
Wear and tear, tarnishing and accidental damage are not considered manufacturing faults. Watch straps, leather, and chains are often not covered by the warranty. (For more information on each brand’s warranty, please contact us).
We advise the purchase of insurance against damage and loss.
CARE GUIDELINES
Your jewellery should be handled with care at all times.
Avoid contact with all chemicals, make up, salt water, chlorine, creams and perfumes.
Do not wear whilst bathing or during any sporting activities.
Clean your jewellery with a soft toothbrush in diluted soapy water but avoid soaking pearls or leathers.
We would also advise to polish your jewellery regularly using a jewellery polishing cloth, available on our site
Please note it is not always advisable to store your jewellery in it’s original packaging, as this may lead to tarnishing. Oxidation is a semi-permanent feature and polishing cloths are not recommended for cleaning oxidised items.
