About Us

RUBIROX is a family owned, independent jewellers based in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Our doors first opened back in 2010 and over the years we’ve added to our collection of designer jewellery brands to become Stamford’s destination store for jewellery and watches.

We are extremely proud of the jewellery we sell and the service we offer. In 2017 we were named PANDORA shop in shop of the year, we’ve been featured in the Top 100 Inspiring Independent Jewellery Retailers every year since 2017 and, following our redesign in 2018, we were shortlisted for Store Design of The Year and Multi Brand Store of The Year at the UK Jewellery Awards.

More recently, we have grown our online store and now have thousands of pieces available to be sent across the UK. We are a small team committed to offering excellent customer service & beautifully packaged jewellery, whether you visit us in store or online. Sustainability is a huge concern for us at RUBIROX. We know that jewellery making and fashion in general hasn’t always been the most eco conscious, that’s why we’re intentionally partnering with brands and designers that share our passion for the environment.

Many of our brands now use recycled metals, minimising wastage and the need for more mining. Some are now carbon neutral (or even carbon positive). And most have, or are working towards, completely recyclable packaging. We ourselves are plastic free champions and have removed many single use plastics from our operations.

We know there’s a lot more to do but we are committed to making conscious choices wherever we can.
